This exhibition tributes Africa’s vanguard legacy while peering at yet unchartered territories of experience and imagination in the African Diaspora. The exhibition asks How has “Afropolitan” crystallized aspects of our genius? What aspects of our experiences fall outside the Afropolitan gaze? And, of course what comes next, After Afropolitan?
